For those who want to change the program, you might as well go find some other windmill to attack. The LSF program is and will remain what it is. If you want to start another program have fun. I might even try it out. But my level V took me a long time and I worked for it. If you want to change what's on my voucher you are too late, it's already been laminated. Yes, the tools available to attain the goals have changed over the years. Yes, some areas of the world have fewer contests and tougher competitors. I live in an area that is slope challenged, we have several folks who probably would have had the V years ago if the slope was here. So get in the car and drive to where there is a hill and some wind. Take some buddies and beer and chips. Level V is a tough thing to accomplish. It forces the aspirant to go out and recruit others to help out. You cannot do it on your own, but there are ways to get the help you need. If you don't want to start because the tasks look too challenging you need to look again. There is only one task at a time, and they are all only a bit harder than the last one. If you enjoy flying toy gliders and hanging around with other folks who also like them then the tasks are no problem, they are a joy.
