Greetings! I am having this problem with a new winch that I put together. It has real power! I guess that dosn't seem like a problem. But I put new 290 # test nylon on it and we keep breaking it. I was thinking of putting 320# test before the turn around. Then 290# to the glider.. Has anyone tried this?
I have #24 on the bottom 2/3 and #18 on the top 1/3. I have a monster stump pulling winch from the Winch Doctor, but I don't launch as hard as some.
