File 1, page 1 of the GENIE CD shows how to custom
make some very useful sanding tools, as mentioned yesterday. An application for
the long one is pictured on page 25 of File 3.
Go to http://monkeytumble.com. Click on the GENIE
square, then on File #3 and go to the bottom of the page. If you're tape hinging
you will have cut the surface loose and will likely need to true up the edges of
the surface and the wing, as well as bevel the surface for deflection. This
shows how to do both at the same time on the moving surface. This reflects a
bagged wing, but the same technique could be used on a built up surface. Nothing
