I've built up damaged foam and oversized holes with that expanding polyurethane stuff that builders use so I could cut out a tight fitting hole for the servos. (You need to watch the chips with that stuff, though, it feels like any chips would mangle servo internals if they got in.) Once the servo's snugly in place then tape or a servo patch will hold it in place. I like to have a certain amount of 'give' in servo mounts; not enough to make the surfaces flutter, but enough to help absorb unwanted energy. Rigid mounts break things. Martin Usher.
