How much of a load should a wing joiner be able to take before failing?

OK, using the excellent suggestions obtained from RCSE I have fabricated an
inexpensive wing joiner to replace my expensive but broken carbon fiber one.

How do I test it?

The ship is a 3m Synergy 91. I never launch with a winch, I only slope. Maximum
stress, I assume, comes when I pull out of a dive or snap a turn on a speed run.

I have installed the joiner and suspended the wing from the tips. How much weight
should I add at the center to provide a realistic test?

I realize I could test to distruction (it is, after all, an inexpensive replacement)
and then back off. But I would like to know what is a realistic load the ship might
be subject to...not just the maximum strength of the joiner.

Thanks.
