Mike definitely has this right, this is exactly the help I had at the Nats this year.

I had Karen Strother as a very friendly female voice for a timer, and her husband Jack as my air spotter and caller.  And in turn, Jack had the same team, except I was the spotter / caller.

Let me tell you, it was a great team and we really enjoyed a good time over those two days!
