To all. . .who responded. Thank you. I've learned that the document involved was stored on bad clusters doing a 4 hour Surface Scan with the Norton Program. I also could not send e-mail due to the bad clusters. That has resolved itself with "Fixing". I still can't disply the document. I get a message like "An illegal procedure has been performed and the program will be shut down" or something like that.
