While everyone has been having fun with 9303's I've been programming a 6102. Actually what I have been doing is getting ready for winter slope season. I've been transferring programs from my ancient 388 and 8103 to the 6102. One pleasant feature is that I was able to copy all the settings, travel adjustments and even centers over to the equivalent mixers/settings on the 6102 and everything looks good. Even the centers.

For those busy trying to copy old setup habits over to the 9303....

Use the flight modes

....

Stop thinking about turning mixers on and off and just use the flight modes. Tie everything to the flight modes.

If you are heritage airtronics, you can move the launch mode up to one of the switches on the top of the radio. This does make the landing mode go away, but you really don't need the landing mode anyway.
