You forgot the most important feature. It also must have an internal autonomous power 
supply, maybe a micro nuclear power generator. This way you never need to worry about 
lugging that big A$$ car battery around with you. I know, under $100 bucks might be 
hard so I would pay $119.95 max for said charger.
