I think most people don't reply off list intentionally. The problem is that
when you hit the reply button it automatically posts to the sender and not
the list.

The solution is to hit the "Reply All" button (in Outlook Express, don't
know about other email apps). It then posts to both the sender and the list,
or check your addresses before you send.
