Try Batteries America. Go to R/C Hobby tab for pre-wired packs or Cell tab for individual cells. http://www.batteriesamerica.com/ They have some AP batteries at 1/3 AAA and 1/2 AAA but at a lower capacity (170 and 180 mAh). They also have 1/3AA in 300 and 350 maH capacity. Their AAAA (Quad-A) 200mAh square pack works well. Had one in use for about two years and get ~ 45 minutes in a 4-servo XP3. I still get about 210mAh when it's cycled. Weighs 22 gr (w/o connector) and is ~ 1-3/4 x 5/8 x 5/8. Also, Denny has 4-cell 300mAh packs on his website. Pre wired to fit the XP3/4.
