SLNT has been doing this for a number of years for both their monthly contests and for TNT. We did it a couple of times for HLG at Last Fling (Tulsa) several years ago before DLG was developed. Using constrained ZIP lines was discussed in RCSD about 6 years back. SLNT simplified that quite a bit so you might contact them since they have a lot of experience with ZIP equipment and this mixed format (ZIP-HLG and DLG). The 'ZIP'ers are at a disadvantage on turnaround time but it keeps more people involved.
