Brent,

if we want to get a little more fun out of a circuit of MOM mini hi start HL
contests next year, we could include the WC 05 event. Now I realize it is
for woodys only but the points will be the same. In other club sponsored
contests, mixing composit and woody hl planes in the same contest is not a
problem because neither has a launch advantage..........MOM MHS HL is all
about flying, not launching, but I will admit, there is some zoom
capabilities depending on how far the HS is stretched. I always use a
plastic launch line to keep it even for everyone.

Hi Ray,

I won't talk for the rest of the guys, but count them in ; )

I know we have a fair amount of discouraged, retired HLG guys that would
fly MOM with you all, and our LSF coordinator has been pushing for such
an event all year.

Also, your format seems like it would be a bit less strenuous - shagging
that chute and flying in a standard HLG time window is tough, and I
thought I was in fair shape.

I'll try and get you an event calendar, see if we can coordinate some
dates -we should have a calendar together pretty soon.

Thanks,

Brent
