I purchased one of these kits and it did not include any hardware, hardware to join the two wing haves together. I was told that Midway stopped including hardware because of the cost. I have one that I purchased new from Midway and it included the hardware. Anyone out there know about these Kits ?

The complete name is not just Mark IV. The plane was designed by Mike Charles about 1985ish. Midway kitted the palne. You can still contact the original owner of Midway, Bob Sliff.
