Me too. Look, I know people hate this but the fact is he was a rude intolerant jerk to his customers and to his *potential* customers. Sounds like a great business plan to me? NOT. And I hope I *did* cost him sales here on the net. Business people need to learn it's not just ONE customer's money they throw away.
