Just another warning about Dreamcatcher. Had sent a money order to infamous
Roy Simpson for three Airtronics kits from his personal collection. That
was the 12th of Nov. but as this AM today he had not gotten the envelope
with the MO. He had already contacted me twice in the interim time acting
as if I had not sent the item and wondering what I was doing. The one
mistake I made was to send to his PO Box instead of his house, well as of
today it was not there and I do not know why, but it was not. I had gone to
a club HL contest this AM and when I got back had two messages, the first
informing me of the MO not arriving and telling to get it there in 5 days or
else and then the second told me that he had sold one of the kits out from
under me. As much business as I have done with folks over the years via
personnal check, this could have been much easier but that was not allowed.
Well I told him to scrap the whole transaction and I will place a track on
the MO and take care of it. Here is a guy who has "five figures worth?" of
model kit rights, and kits to sell and he is being the proverbial male organ
to the end. It is not like this stuff is going anywhere and after some
research I could have resolved the issue, but that was not to be.

I would hope that folks do not support his effort to sell stuff, he has a
few great kits there and as much as I would have liked the kits I was trying
to get, it is no skin off my nose to stop the MO and go on my way. For all
the stuff I had heard about Roy I had not had any face to face issues with
him, well, now I have some service stripes to show. This is the first time
I have ever flamed a vendor or supplier here, but people need to know they
are working with a guy who is a pain in the arse!
