Yes, most of them will steam out quite easily. Actually, all it takes is a  
hot air gun. 
 
The few that still show up (only with the last batch of 15psi foam)  are much 
more difficult to get out. That, and not sliding anything  under the mylars 
anymore as per Oleg's advice, are the reasons I'm not sure all  of the defects 
are coming from handling. However, it's pretty clear now that the  worst ones 
were as described. This practice, albeit a poor one, had not  caused the 
problem with the heavier skins and more robust foam used earlier. In  
hindsight, 
this should not have been a surprise.
 
Hmm, wonder what they'll think at the dump when all these pink wing parts  
show up next week? The basement looks like somebody massacred a bunch of  
flamingos.
