I remember the Falcon 600 well. I flew one in 2m for several years and really liked the way it flew. Bob McGowen flew one for many years and could beat most unlimited ships with it. Built straight and properly set up, they are a very nice flying 2m full house sailplane. The one piece wing is a bit of a nuisance in getting it in and out of your shop (watch out for doorways) and it needs something a bit bigger than a small car to carry it comfortably, although I did carry mine in my Celica Hatchback. The electric conversion is doable, I suppose but it will be really tight fitting the batteries in that small, slim fuselage. Personally, I'd just build it as a pure sailplane and enjoy it. I think you'll really like it.Does anyone remember the Mark Allen Falcon 600? Any comments about how it flies? Anyone build one electric?
thanks-
Kristopher
