I believe there are two things you can say about those "East European Worker
Bee" products....

-- The wings are really strong
-- The wings are dimensionally accurate (and they probably stay that way
with changes in temperature and humidity)

I don't think there's a "swipe of the sandpaper" involved anywhere in their
construction, its all molded.

So I'd believe anything they'd say about their airfoils but I'd be skeptical
about anything using traditional built-up or foam and tape construction.
I've always been impressed by this 'organic' construction (what Gordy calls
it), I think its raised the bar noticeably, but at the same time I'm a bit
disappointed that its not something I could do myself. (I think its possible
to make molded wings at home but its a really tedious and exacting process.)

(I tend to take the "worker bee" thing with a pinch of salt -- that stuff's
got more of a "displaced Ukrainian aerospace engineer who's discovered how
to earn hard currency" ring about it.)
