Not perfect, but workable.   Anker Actually, it only needs two positions.  You can plug it into channel 7 and use the flap/spoiler stick to interrogate it.  I set it up to automatically announce altitude every 60 seconds in normal flight mode.  A quick blip of the flap/spoiler stick will give you an announcement at any time.   When a 3 position switch is used, the 3rd position is used to silence the unit.  Of course this is not necessary, since you can simply switch off the walkie-talkie unit if you don't want to hear it.     Good luck, Lenny
