I agree they kind of obligated me by sending this out of the blue, but I guess it's pretty easy to slap the sticker on the box and say NO if I want to, and toss it in the mail box. The AMA sends me all kinds of stuff, I just didn't know if anyone else was getting these or not. I tend to spend a week of my vacation in Muncie on the AMA grounds, so I am not going to get too upset about this. It's really no big deal, I was just curious.

No, Yes, I did not but a friend did. He also received a bill later to collect. He told them he did not order one and not going to pay and if they want it back , they better send a prepaid envelope to collect it. They gave up after that.
I don't like people send me thing and bill me later. I did not ask for that.
