The walmart electric skillet sounds like a good idea. However, I've found the epoxy takes a while to heat. It's more convenient to me if I can keep the epoxy warm all the time.
My solution is to use a small icechest or cooler. The size that holds only about a six pack. Then I just put a little 4watt light bulb into the cooler. Presto, it's always warm and costs nearly nothing.

I jsut stick mine in the microwave oven for about 1-2 seconds when I needed to use it and it is like water.
How often you use the epxoy anyway? You are not going to wake up 3 am and want to use it asap. :-P
