That's all good, but the only thing I would stress is to use a "good" hi-torque servo on the tow release. You should not skimp on the release. I've been doing this Aerotow stuff for a while and have seen

Our tow master insisted on testing all tow release with a 20 pound pull on a fish scale. If you can't release with 20 pounds load, he will not tow you.
I forgot what servo i sued on the Duo, but it passed the test. It is a high torque one.
