The Volz Micro-Maxx X and Micro-Maxx XP are rated at 56 and 67 oz. in., respectively. Both are 0.51 in. thick. JR DS368 is rated at 53 oz. in. and is 0.5 in. thick. The HiTech HS-5245MG is rated at 61 oz. in. and is 0.7 in. thick. Is the HiTech superior to the others since it is 40% thicker?

Also, no need to use thin servos unless you don't have the space for
anything else.

NEVER use thin servos when you can use thick servos.  You can only make a watch so strong (unless its a Timex :-).
Thin servos are for thin wings.
