Put the best servos you can afford in your plane. Put the strongest servo on the elevator it is the most important...
Digitals aren't all that good... I haven't noticed that my planes fly better with them installed.
I just pulled out all digital wing servos in my 6 meter Ventus 2AX and reinstalled Airtronics 141 throughout..
I haven't burned out any of those servos yet... ( I won't go into my problems with digital servos )
Also put the biggest battery pack you can squeeze in the nose ( less nose weight )
Install the servos you like to use....
Everybody has there preference.... i.e... JR, Volz, Airtronics, Hitec.
