I drew the box design out on a 4x8 sheet of coroplast. I cut the solid lines all the way through with a razor. I cut the dotted lines through the first layer on the inside of the bend to make them easier to bend. When all the cutting was done I found some sho-goo at wally world to hold it all together. Used stick on velco to hold the lid closed.
