If I had read all these posts about Hobby Horse prior to me ordering from
them three months ago, I would have not ordered from them.  Fortunately I
have had only good service from them, period.  Jim has "always" answered my
emails and when I call them, I am treated with courtesy and respect.

I am truly sorry to hear others have had less than ideal service and
treatment from them.  But hey that's how it is in business and fortunately
we have other vendors we can try our luck with and send our hard earned
green stamps to for our hobby needs.

Obviously vendors and businesses can improve.  For me Hobby Horse is pretty
much at the top for me.  I hope they stay that way and never look back.
