Get an Escape Lt. from Aero Models. It only weighs 67 to 68 oz and can be ballasted to 93 with no problems. I had a Starlight 2000 and though it was a good plane it weighed 76 oz and didn't handle or land anything like my Escape Lt. You can see mine and the way I modified the rudder at:

BTW: The Starlight 2000 and 3000 have less rudder area than the stock rudder on the Escape Lt. and would be much harder to modify for US TD.
