My guess is you have not read the rules because it clearly states the pilot is to provide documentation, no where does it referance a list.
Even the plans list is incomplete because it does not include ships from other countries which would be completly legal by the rules.
I quit managing the list when others said they would put on web sites and maintain it. My guess is no one is inputting data to that unoffical list either.
So if you have proof of legality by the rules, go for it.
