I am not sure what you expect from a distributor that is dependent on a
foreign supplier (Who supplies the foreign market first I would guess) and a
cottage industry at best. I waited months for a fuse and V's for a Zenith.
It was not Tom Copps fault, just the situation.
I also know from talking to distributors that the tough part of the
parts business is that a guy breaks his ship, calls him and orders a part,
and then finds a part and cancels the parts order maybe not in a very timely
fashion. They are hung with stuff that has no home, or has to cancel the
order possibly with a fee for doing so depending on the time frame.
The best part replacement I have seen has been Don Peters sevice, but it
is in country and he speaks english well.
