The Shrike, Elf and Shredder are all set to 0/0 just like Brian's ship. Ed ----- Original Message ----- From: "Brian Courtice" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, September 19, 2005 6:11 PM Subject: RE: [RCSE] How to mount a v tail
Try making a block that will sit on top of the v-tail at the root. (Angle the bottom of the block to match the v-tail angle.) Now you can set a small bubble level on the block to measure the v-tail incidence. Raise the tail until the bubble is perfectly centered, and then use a meter to set the wing incidence. I’ve never flown a Snipe, but I doubt you’ll need that much positive incidence. I’d start around 1 degree I think. (Enough to be sure it isn’t negative.) My own fast wingerons are set up at 0-0, or very close to it. -- No virus found in this incoming message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus.
