We also have wing rods in either .25 or .375 solid carbon or 6061 T6
aircraft aluminum. We purchase the .375 in long lengths and can cut to
any length required. This is the same material sold by Don Richmond at
HiLaunch who also caries these in sizes up to .5. For a 100" sailplane,
the .375 would handle hard launches and zooms.

They are bendable so dihedral can be set using these, but will not take
a permanent set under wing loading of hard winch launches and will
return to their original dihedral angles if any after the loads return
to normal flight regimes.
