I'll do a quick answer here though. I bag HL wings as one piece from tip to tip, flat. They get cut in half in the center after bagging. They get packed in kits so a one piece wing would be very bad for shipping reasons. You could bag a wing with dihedral in one piece and it would save a small amount of work since you wouldn't have to join it later. I think the one piece wing would end up being more work in the long run though and would certainly be more difficult to do in terms of the skill level required.
