Given the amount of severe abuse I dish out, the 5125 has demonstrated
excellent results on F3B/J, 16 and 24cell F5B's, scale, and in one of
the toughest applications...that being designing platforms to withstand
the FAI F3B world speed record.
The latter experiences have generated flutter that has at times removed
control surfaces during the lengthy vertical dive, only to discover the
servo had either disassociated itself from the airframe or broken the
linkages. The 5125's survived intact.
I have also utilized everything else that is offered, as a result I have
elected to stick with the 5125. The 3 failures I have had with the 5125
were dumb thumbs on my part...at speed.
It is noteworthy that some of the other OEM's are now offering a similar
cased servo under their own brand name.
