it is 60" sloper full flying stab on lg vert fin reported to have E205 airfoil .
It was very popular here in South OC, where Mark lives, in the early 90's. It was famous at Kite Hill in Laguna Niguel. It went out of fashion as other better designs came along. They have been out of production for at least a decade. Mark is a car guy now. I think he is still in OC however.
I had a couple (since I only lived 5 minutes from Kite Hill back then) but never really liked it much.
