Yes, somebody renamed the file and updated the wiki pages :-( or maybe that's automatic??
This means lots of people clicking on a formerly good link and not getting the download. I have no idea how to fix this (redirect?), but it's a really, really bad idea to change a filename for a stable version up since June 24th. Could this have something to do with Bernie's server migration? thanks, Sean On Sun, Oct 11, 2009 at 10:32 PM, Sean DALY <[email protected]> wrote: > soas-strawberry.iso should be the filename, no? > > I don't remember any "soaso-1-strawberry.iso" > > In a case like this, best to copy the file with the different name, or > redirect magic to the correct one > > Sometimes websites get the address wrong > > Sean > > > > On Sun, Oct 11, 2009 at 10:10 PM, David Farning <[email protected]> > wrote: >> there seems to be a problem with a soas filename on the download server. >> >> we are getting a bunch of requests for soas-strawberry.iso when the >> name on the server is soas-1-strawberry.iso >> >> might be a bad link somewhere >> _______________________________________________ >> SoaS mailing list >> [email protected] >> http://lists.sugarlabs.org/listinfo/soas >> > _______________________________________________ SoaS mailing list [email protected] http://lists.sugarlabs.org/listinfo/soas
