One more thing to harp on since I appear to be in a harping mood- In addition to html, marketing should put together an introductory video (.mpg/whatever) to also live in the root of the soas .iso/usb. Presumably linked to by the html.
Video of an average parent/teacher actually doing the bios/boot fiddling (and generally having a first experience with sugar) would go a long way to mitigating installation fear.
