Well, those are Windows instructions, not sure you'd want that on the Linux page :-)
Unfortunately the liveUSB creator executable is buggy (which may be a stick media issue); to create reliable sticks I found I had to shut down the PC and remove the stick, reboot to set BIOS, then power down, insert the stick and reboot off the stick. In other words, quitting the executable sometimes left "unfinished" sticks. Step-by-step screenshots are a fabulous way to help people do a task they don't expect to do often. In a perfect world, someone could do screenshots or photos of BIOS fiddling to boot from USB too.
