One thing that might help with that is a shared understanding of what it means for an Activity to be "working, tested, and stable," since different people are likely to have different expectations for this. Towards this goal, one of the milestones I'm aiming for is getting our current 6 Activities to pass the existing draft of http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/SoaS_Activity_Criteria. (Help is very welcome!)
