Check the OLPC-SoCal Archives http://lists.laptop.org/pipermail/olpc-socal/ The thread started in June but jumps over to August. It is called, "Apple iBooks Clamshell" They aren't saying much, but I gather they are using Ubuntu/Debian (about which I know nothing!). They plan to come back and report current progress in a couple of weeks... if there is any progress. You might want to contact them directly or join in the discussion. I'd appreciate it if you could cc me. I'm hoping they are successful as there are still a lot of these old G4 machines floating around in the schools.
