Job Qualification D3 or S1 degree in any discipline, from Indonesia or overseas University Minimum 2 years of experience social NGO or as community development staff Good knowledge of Papua or Raja Ampat culture, demography and language Computer literate with reasonable experience in the analysis of data and processes. Able to communicate in English both oral and writing The candidate shut be originally from Papua (Sorong) Job Description Develop up date community demography data base. Do community issue data bases, assessment, provide action item and recommendation Assist Sr. Community Development staff to continue monitoring, improvement, and action plan effort of current community program.
