Thanks for the report. It seems like for binutils the snapshot you are working on has fallen behind jessie (not to mention sid). Is this likely to be a problem for you? The other thing I noticed was that your patches seem to have a lot of "noise" (i.e. lines of patch not relevant to your changes). I guess this is at least in part because you are regenerating some patches. I don't know if this is possible to fix, but it might make maintainers more eager to apply your patches.
