Status report - WebRTC portal for the Debian community Week 2
Including the captcha functionality was postponed to develop a more modular solution that can be added/removed more easily. I went over the pull requests made last week to fix issues 7, 15, and 11. Some changes needed to be made before merging. I worked on issue 23, which provides logout button and instructions for re-attempting login when SIP registration fails. The agnostic internationalization support is currently on the i18n-support branch, it can be tried out live at http://debrtc.org. I adapted the french translation done by elprincipe in pull request 16 ( https://github.com/opentelecoms-org/jscommunicator/pull/16) to the new internationalization process and added a (brazilian) portuguese translation. Daniel Pocock pulled a spanish translation (Carla Arao's contribution), so the jscommunicator on http://debrtc.org currently offers English, Portuguese, French and Spanish. We've reached out to the debian community requesting Italian and German. The process to include a new language is very straightforward (instructions in the internationalization readme), I expect there will be little difficulty in adding new languages. I'm completing issue 4, next week I plan to finish the issue list and begin developing messaging support. My best, Juliana
