March 19, San Diego -- Wearable Wednesday San Diego. ABI Research estimates
the global market for wearables in health and fitness alone could reach 170
million devices by 2017. Big-time technology players have taken the hint
and are making a big leap into the world of wearable tech. Wearable
technology has moved beyond product concepts to actual consumer products.
However, building hardware for the wearables market is only the first
challenge. Companies are challenged to create differentiated experiences,
products that work, and useful technologies people will incorporate into
their daily lives. We will discuss the marriage between hardware and

March 19, Irvine -- Satisfied Customers Are Not the Loyal Ones, Advocates
Are. TCVN. What is the difference between a satisfied customer and an
advocate? How do you turn satisfied customers in advocates? Why is this
important in today's marketplaces? What really makes customers loyal? In
today's markets customers can voice opinions in seconds, learn all they
need to know about a product or brand while standing in a retail aisle or
sitting at their desk. Complex product or simple consumer item, it doesn't
matter. So what really creates loyalty, what turns loyal customers into
"advocates"? Our panel will answer these questions and your own when
discussing how we as marketers, technologists, sellers and product
developers really create repeat customers. See
