Ryder Systems revealed late Sunday evening that they have been using
automated, robotic trucks to deliver loads of appliances from El Paso,

Gaming accessory maker Razer, which has offices in Irvine and was founded
in San Diego, has raised $530M in its IPO in Hong Kong this morning. The
company, which makes gaming notebooks, headsets, keyboards, mice, and other
accessories, is led by CEO Tan Min-Liang, and was co-founded by San Diego
resident Robert Krakoff. The IPO makes Min-Liang a billionaire, at least on

tracking device maker XY Findables. Skyworks said its front-end systems are

Irvine-based AutoGravity said today that more than one million usrs have
now used its fintech platform, using its service to browse cars and receive
personalized finance offers on vehicles. AutoGravity did not say how many
of those users actually transacted a purchase. The company, which launched
in 2016, lets users request financing quotes on vehicles using their
smartphone; the company says it currently has a network of more than 2,000

In the second big piece of news in Los Angeles from Chinese company
Bytedance, Bytedance said on Friday that it will invest $50M in a Series B
funding in Los Angeles-based Live.me, a developer of an online
livestreaming service. Live.me is a subsidiary of Chinese company Cheetah

Santa Monica-based Activision has been sued by the developer of the
ubiquitous Humvee military vehicles, AM General LLC, over the use by
Activision of its vehicles in the game Call of Duty. The lawsuit was filed

only the use of the Humvee in Activision's video game, but also related

in performance-based milestone payments--for a deal which could be worth up
