Skyworks said it will pay $405M in cash for Avnera, plus up to $20M more in performance milestones. Avnera's customers include Harman, JBL, Panasonic, Philips, Pioneer, Polk, Samsung, Sennheiser, Sony, Vizio and Yamaha. The company is based in Beaverton, Oregon. SpaceX retrieved the Dragon on Friday and brought it back to Long Beach, for return to NASA.
