*Kyriba Completes $160M Majority Financing Round*

San Diego-based Kyriba, which develops cloud-based software used for
treasury and finance management by international companies, has completed
the $160M majority funding round it first announced in March, giving
private equity investor Bridgepoint a majority stake in the company. The
funding values the company at $1.2 billion. As part of the deal, Kyriba
said its existing investors Daher Capital, Iris Capital, and Ceo Jean-Luc

Los Angeles-based EVgo, which operates a network of fast charging stations
for the electric vehicle market, says it has begun deploying battery
storage across its stations. The company said it has completed or is in
construction of 14 battery storage systems located at 11 of its fast

Los Angeles-based FastPay, which provides receivables financing to help
online publishers and media receive faster payment on their ad inventory,
says it has linked up with Advantage Software, an agency management systems
provider, in an alliance. According to the companies, the deal will help
Advantage offer up B2B payments via virtual card, ACH, portal, secure fax,

*SpaceX To Try Falcon Heavy Launch Again Today*

Hawthorne-based SpaceX is hoping to launch another rocket, this time a
Falcon Heavy, from Florida, later today, after high atmospheric winds
scrubbed a launch attempt on Wednesday. According to SpaceX, it is now
targeting a launch of Thursday, April 11th with a launch window of 6:35
p.m. EDT for the Arabsat-6A satellite. The satellite is being launched from
