According to RGP, the cash deal also included additional payments based on longer-term performance. Veracity is based in Richmond, Virginia, and provides consulting to healthcare organizations, and had $21.4M in revenues in 2018. RGP also said that Veracity saw growth of 58% in revenues over 2017. According to UCSB, the Regents of the University of California filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission and lawsuits against five major retailers for the unauthorized distribution of what it says is its patented filament LED lighting technology.
