The funding was led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), and also included seed investor LVP as well as FunPlus Ventures. Andrew Chen, a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, will join the company's board of directors as part of the investment. The change in plans was reported by a user on Reddit, who discovered the change in a company support FAQ. Details on the change in plans have not been announced by TP-Link.
