The funding came from the Andrew Nikou Foundation (ANF), which is the foundation of entrepreneur Andrew Nikou. According to Rubicicon Project, it paid $11M in cash for RTK. Rubicon says that RTK's solutions are build on the same, open source framework as its own, Demand Manager product portfolio, Prebid.
